SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

​

All items are shipped from the US, within the US via USPS Priority Mail insured,  or via First Class Package insured, with tracking.

Alternate shipping carriers can be requested prior to ordering. Shipping pricing will reflect the specific carrier's pricing. Please contact us prior to ordering for a quote.

International customers may inquire on overseas shipping. However,  shipping from US abroad is typically much more expensive than shipping from over seas to the US. 

For security reasons, we only ship to address listed on order. No exceptions. Please ensure your shipping address is  deliverable and up to date when ordering. We are not responsible for non-deliverable packages due to incomplete or incorrect addresses.

Be advised; USPS does not deliver to temporary addresses such as Air BNB's as a means of fraud prevention. A Hold For Pickup will need to be requested prior to placing an order. USPS will not deliver to apartment complexes if you are not a tenant on lease, unless the package is shipped in c/o the lease holder. If the complex has an on-site office, you may elect to have package delivered to office for pick-up.

If you are traveling on holiday or visiting, General Delivery is a mail service for those without a permanent address, often used as a temporary mailing address. You must sign up for this service. Not all postal locations offer this option. General Delivery packages are addressed as follows:

Postmasters may restrict the use of General Delivery if a customer:

  • Cannot present suitable identification

  • Has mail volume or service level (e.g., mail accumulation) that cannot be reasonably accommodate

     

Signature Confirmation is added to all orders over $250.00 for protection against theft.

CUSTOMS & IMPORT TAXES

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs

ALTERNATE SHIPPING ADDRESS

For security reasons, we only ship to address listed on order. No exceptions. Please ensure your shipping address is deliverable and up to date when ordering to prevent delays.

Requests sent via form submission or direct messaging will not be honored, This policy is put into place for the protection of the card holder, and merchant.

DAMAGED DURING DELIVERY
​

All orders are shipped insured for your protection. In the event an item arrives damaged during shipping, please notify us immediately so we may contact the shipper to initiate a claim.Photos of shipping box and damage are required.

 

The damaged item (s) will either be replaced, or refunded via the claim process. The shipping carrier typically retrieves the damaged item, shipping box and contents when a refund is requested. Do not discard them.

 

Be advised, this process can take up to 30 days to finalize if the claim is processed on our end. Alternatively, the customer can initiate the the claim process directly with the carrier. Refunds are typically issued at the counter, upon inspection of shipping box and contents. Alternatively, a check is mailed by carrier to your address.. A new order can then be replaced upon receipt of refunded damages if desired..

DELIVERED - NOT RECEIVED
​

Items indicated as "Delivered" that go missing become an issue between post office-carrier & recipient. The claims process will need to be initiated by recipient in the event the parcel is not located.

If you live in a "problem area" & packages go missing, or are mis-delivered frequently, it is up to the customer to request signed delivery, or delivery for pick up, prior to placing an order. Additional fees may apply based on service-type. We are not responsible for "delivered /non-received" packages.

The holiday season can be a problem time for "missing" packages, via mishandling, mis-delivery, & theft via "porch pirates".

All orders are shipped insured for your protection. USPS will reimburse you for lost, or missing packages if the mail was insured. To report package theft and make an inquiry on a missing package, please contact your post office immediately to initiate an inquiry. You may also visit: https://faq.usps.com/s/article/Mail-Theft

HOLIDAY SHIPPING DATES
​

Recommended send-by dates for expected delivery before December 25

Please take care and observe processing time frames prior to ordering, as most items are made to order with a minimum of 1-3 days, and maximum of 1-2 weeks. All items ship via USPS Priority Mail insured. As per USPS, items should ship no later than December 17th for Fist Class Retail, and December 19th for Priority Mail and Express 2-Day, for delivery by the 25th.Priority Express 2-Day shipping may be requested prior to ordering, and shipping fees adjusted to reflect additional fee..Keep in  mind, most Priority Mail orders have a 2-3 business day delivery time frame. Express Next Day is not available from shipping location.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

​

All sales are final, due to the nature of made to order items. Some exceptions may apply within 24 hours of placement of an order. Cancellation fees may apply. All altar statues, fetiche statues, mixed media sculptures and Santa Muerte altar statues in production do not qualify for exceptions.

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATIONS | TRACKING

​

Shipment confirmations with a direct tracking link are emailed upon shipment of all orders. We advise signing up for text or email updates on package tracking via the link provided. It is the customer's responsibility to monitor the progress of their package to ensure delivery, and to prevent mis-delivered packages and theft.
